Ada privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Ada is a personal AI assistant used by a single person, its owner, on the owner's own computer. It is not offered to the public.

Google user data Ada accesses

How the data is used

The data is used only to provide these features to the owner. It is processed locally, on the owner's computer, by software and AI models the owner runs. It is not transferred to third parties, sold, used for advertising, or used to develop or train AI models.

Storage and retention

Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's computer. Conversation history with Ada, which may include excerpts of email or calendar data the owner asked about, is also stored only on the owner's computer. Calendar changes Ada makes are logged locally so they can be undone. All of this is deleted when the owner removes it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Ada's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other people

Ada collects no data from any other user. This website is static: it sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Revoking access and deletion

The owner can remove Ada's access at any time in Google Account → Security → Third-party connections, and can delete the locally stored tokens and data.
